  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    2. We wish to maintain transparency regarding the ways and legal basis for the processing of personal data, as well as the purposes for which the Company processes personal data. We make every effort to provide the necessary information in this respect to each person whose personal data we process as Data Controller. In order to make our explanation of these matters as clear as possible, we present the following regulation of personal data processing operations.

    4. Individuals visiting our website have control over the personal information they provide to us. The service limits the collection and use of information about their users to the minimum necessary to provide them with services at the desired level, pursuant to Article 18 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
    5. We also took steps to obtain full compliance of our practices with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council as soon as possible on 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).
    6. We take special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensure that the data we collect is:

  2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THESE ACTIVITIES
    1. Your personal data may be processed by the Data Controller:
      1. in order to respond to your enquiries via the contact form, the legal basis for these activities is the principle that processing is permitted if it is necessary for the performance or conclusion of the contract,
      2. for other purposes related to the conducted business activity, to assert claims for the conduct of business activity and to fulfil the Data Controller’s justified objectives,
      3. based on your consent – only for the purpose indicated in the content of your consent.
    2. You are not profiled, which means that your data is not processed in an automated way to determine your needs and personality traits. We do not collect additional information about you from other sources.
    3. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with other parties. In particular, your data shall not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.
  3. FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA The time for which we may process personal data depends on the legal basis for the processing of personal data of the Company. We are never allowed to process personal data for longer than the above mentioned legal basis. Accordingly, we inform you that:
    1. in the event that the Company processes personal data on the basis of consent, the processing period lasts until the withdrawal of such consent by the user,
    2. if the Company processes personal data on the basis of the Data Controller’s legitimate interest, the processing period lasts until the cessation of the aforementioned interest (e.g. the period of limitation of civil law claims) or until the data subject objects to further processing – in situations where such objection is entitled to it according to the law,
    3. in case the Company processes personal data because it is necessary due to the applicable legal regulations, the periods of data processing for this purpose are determined by these regulations,
    4. in the absence of specific legal or contractual requirements, the basic storage period for records and other documentary evidence produced during the performance of the contract shall be a maximum of 10 years.
  4. EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS
    1. You have the right to access and correct your personal data.
    2. If you find yourself in a special situation that makes further processing of your data by us a threat to your privacy, you can notify us of this fact and call on us to stop or limit the processing.
    3. You also have the right to ask us to send your data to another party in a form that the recipient can freely process. We inform you that this law applies only to the data we have received from you.

    5. We inform you that you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

    1. Based on the provisions of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, we use the so-called cookies. If you do not change your browser settings, you consent to their use.

Cookies contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, in particular those requiring authorisation. Cookies do not cause any damage to your devices, do not contain viruses, trojans or other harmful software. Cookies contain information that is always activated due to the specifics of the end user’s device. This does not mean that through this application we can acquire information about your identity.
